Dispense a small amount onto a clean fingertip, rub until it becomes a cream, and apply a thin layer directly onto the blemish. Do not rinse off. Start with once a day and increase to up to three times a day if needed. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce to once a day or every other day. Precautions For external use only. Apply only to blemishes; do not use on broken skin or large areas, and avoid the eye area. Using it with other acne treatments (such as retinoids, benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid) can increase dryness and irritation.
