In the morning, apply generously to the face 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Precautions For external use only. For children under 6 months, ask a doctor. Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection, so also limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and wear protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses.
