CALLING SUPPLIERS FOR
CHILDRENS' SPECTACLES
Supply of Spectacles/frames/boxes/cleaning cloths
1. Single vision spectacles -CR 39 lenses, and plastic box
with a print/sticker and wiping cloth
2. Plastic Frame with nose pad & Spring arm
3. Once selected, the supplier should continue to supply at
agreed rates for duration of six months.
4. Once the order is placed for spectacles the goods should
be delivered within 2 weeks.
Please provide the samples and copy of the business
registration certificate with the quotation.
Quotations are to be submitted to the following address on
or before the 28th October 2025 at 10.00 am Suppliers will
be selected by a Technical Evaluation Committee.
