-Nightly Rate is LKR 12,500per night for the whole house.
-Weekly Rate is LKR 75,000 for the whole house.
-Fortnightly Rate is LKR 150,000 for the whole house.
-Monthly Rate is LKR 300,000 for the whole house.
Terms and condition
-Minimum of 2 nights accommodation is required on the weekends, otherwise additional fees will apply.
-If the reservation is making only for one night on the weekend, day and half rental will be charged to confirm the reservation.
-Maximum of 3 Months accommodation is allowed.
-50% of the rental payment is required immediately to confirm the reservation.
-Also required a copy of a photo identification of the person making the reservation to confirm the booking.
-Balance Rental payment should be paid in full at the time of check-in to collect the keys.
-Security deposit of SLK 25000 is required upon check-in and will be returned at the end of the rental when check-out, considering no damages or harm to the property.
-If there are any damages or losses to the property or contents at the check out, we are entitled for a reasonable
compensation for the Damages and will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Strictly no Loud music and Loud noise between 11.30pm to 07.00am
-Strictly no smoking inside the house at all times.
- Strictly no visitors or additional people from outside, other than the number of people agreed upon the reservation.
- Maximum over night guests limitations applied. Can be discussed with the management.
