As the leading BMW after-sales care provider in Sri Lanka, we are growing our team to meet the growing demands of our VIP clientele and have the following positions for immediate employment and are seeking highly motivated, IT savvy, car buffs with European vehicle service experience, looking to join a team whose values are based in teamwork and delivering the highest standard of customer service!
01. Assistant Workshop Manager
Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering, NVQ 5 or equivalent qualification preferred.
Successful completion of Advanced Level
Minimum of 5 years' of experience in automotive workshop operations, workshop control processes including
supervisory or managerial roles
02 Workshop Controller
Minimum 05 years' experience of handling automobile workshops with knowledge of machineries and vehicles.
• Excellent management, interpersonal, planning, leadership and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions.
Writing and oral communication skills in both English and Sinhala
Sound knowledge of MS Office Package.
Age should be between 30-45 years.
03. Service Advisors (Technical)
Successful completion of Advanced Level.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role..
04. Auto Mechanics
NVQ Level 4 or above qualification in automobile engineering.
Minimum of 6 years' experience as a technician, with a minimum of 4 years' experience working on Engine & Transmission.

• Overseas experience would be an added advantage.
05. Auto Electricians
NVQ Level 4 or above qualification in automobile engineering.
Minimum of 6 years' experience as a technician, with a minimum of 4 years' experience working on premium automobile brands.
Overseas experience would be an added advantage.
